FitCalcPH is a free tool site. We are not in the business of collecting personal information, selling data, or doing anything with your visit that you would not be comfortable with. This page explains exactly what information is collected when you use FitCalcPH, how it is used, and what choices you have. We have written it in plain language because privacy policies should actually be readable.

What information we collect
Information you enter into our calculators
When you use any calculator on FitCalcPH — such as the TDEE Calculator or BMR Calculator — you enter information like your age, weight, height, gender, and activity level. This information is processed entirely within your browser to generate your result. It is not sent to our servers. It is not stored anywhere. It is not linked to you in any way. The moment you close or refresh the page, that information is gone. We never see it and we never keep it.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, FitCalcPH collects certain information automatically when you visit — through cookies and standard web analytics tools. This includes: Your approximate location — at country or city level, not your exact address. Your device and browser type — for example, whether you are on a mobile phone or desktop, and which browser you are using. Which pages you visited and how long you spent on them.
How you arrived at FitCalcPH — for example, through a search engine or a direct link. This information is collected in aggregate. It tells us how the site is being used so we can improve it — not who specifically is using it.
Cookies
FitCalcPH uses cookies — small text files stored on your device by your browser. We use two types of cookies on this site: Analytics cookies — these are placed by Google Analytics and help us understand how visitors use the site. They track things like which pages are most visited and how long people stay on them. No personally identifiable information is collected through these cookies.
Advertising cookies — these are placed by Google AdSense, which serves advertisements on FitCalcPH. Google uses these cookies to show ads that are relevant to your interests based on your browsing history. This happens on Google’s side — we do not have access to this data. You can control and manage cookies through your browser settings at any time. Note that disabling cookies may affect how some parts of the site function. For more information on how Google uses data when you visit sites that use Google services, visit:

Google AdSense and advertising
FitCalcPH uses Google AdSense to display advertisements. This is how we keep every tool on the site free to use. Google AdSense may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this site and other sites on the internet. You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google’s Ads Settings at: adssettings.google.com
Opting out means you will still see ads on FitCalcPH — they just will not be personalised to your interests. We do not have control over which specific ads appear on our site. Google serves them based on their own algorithms and your browsing profile.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use FitCalcPH. Google Analytics collects information about your visit — such as which pages you viewed, how long you stayed, and what device you used — and sends it to Google’s servers. This data is anonymised and aggregated. We use it to see which calculators are most used, where visitors come from, and how we can improve the site. We do not use Google Analytics to identify individual visitors. Google’s privacy policy is available at: policies.google.com/privacy
Third party links
FitCalcPH may include links to external websites for reference purposes. Once you click a link and leave FitCalcPH, this privacy policy no longer applies. We have no control over external sites and are not responsible for their privacy practices. We recommend reading the privacy policy of any external site you visit.
Children’s privacy
FitCalcPH is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. The calculators on this site use formulas designed for adults, and results for users under 18 may not be appropriate without guidance from a parent or healthcare professional. If you believe a child has provided information through this site, please contact us and we will address it promptly.
Your rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data — including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of information we hold about you. Because FitCalcPH does not collect personally identifiable information through its calculators, there is very little personal data associated with your use of this site. For any privacy-related requests or questions, contact us through our Contact page and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Changes to this privacy policy
We review this privacy policy periodically and update it when necessary to reflect changes in how the site works or legal requirements that apply. The last updated date at the top of this page will always show when the most recent revision was made. Continued use of FitCalcPH after any update to this policy means you accept the revised terms.
Contact us about privacy
